When I remember Warren, I feel his calm manner and measured rate of speech to match his demeanor. I recall, too, Warren enjoying shared laughter based on his observations of people, politics, or something that tickled him during conversations. Finally, I admired his devotion with Karla for the “boys”, ie., their grandsons. No offense to his daughters and their spouses for whom their support was obvious.
He will be deeply missed.
