Dave had a profound effect shaping my worldview as a teenager working at RBSA, and I know the same can be said for many of my colleagues. Dave always led by example, and the example he set was one of hard work, temperance, and above all kindness. The world lost a legend of a man, but I am happy knowing that he's in a better place -racing Lightnings against the angels and getting recalled by Kitty. RIP Dave.
Uncle Dave was the best!!! Taught me everything about sailing and spent many, many summers with him and the rest of the family at RBSA & the Sailor's Cove renting boats to visitors during the summers as a teenager. I can't even begin to put into words how much I will miss him. All my prayers & love to my cousins, Pam & Davey and the kids, Mandi, Hunter & Jasmine. Love you all. Dawn-Lynn Crawford (Dick)
