Virginia Ruth Russell Small passed away peacefully on Friday, October 16, 2020, three weeks shy of her 91st birthday. Ginny was born on November 8, 1929 in Philadelphia, PA, daughter of the late Samuel C. and Dorothy Russell. She Read Obituary
Ken and I met Ginny and Frank in Jamaica back in the 90’s. We spent a lot of time and many evenings together playing cards and taking day trips. They were a special couple. We enjoyed spending time with them. Enjoyed our visit to Lewes and visiting them when in Florida. Frank and Ginny will never be forgotten.💕
Sorry to learn of Virginia's passing and only know of the family, through genealogy research. My Grand Aunt, Rebecca Bennett, married Robert Martin Small and Frank Bennett Sr. was one of their sons.

Please accept my condolences as your Mom was a truly special person. She was always positive, loving, and VERY patient! When you're young, playing for the Phillies, and Frank is giving you the business, its nice to have someone balance that with words of encouragement! We need more Ginny Small's in the world.
