Most of all, she was a devoted wife, mother, mommom, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.
In addition to her parents, Ginny was preceded in death by her stepfather, Phillip Masscotte; her brother, Charles Fowler; her in-laws: William and Betty Kiser; and her aunt, Mary Chianini. She is survived by her devoted husband of 55 years, Jonathan Kiser; her daughters: Christy Gordon (Justin) and Katie Devine (Colin); her grandsons: Alex Devine, Brayden Devine, Reilly Gordon, Logan Devine, and Reis Gordon; her sister, Marlene Gentry; her half-sister, Robin Brubaker; her brother-in-law, Daniel Kiser; and her sister-in-law, Debbie Kiser; her six nieces and nephews; a host of great-nieces and great-nephews; and her best friend, Estella Class.
