Virginia L Ferrer's Obituary
Virginia “Ginny” L. Ferrer of Lewes, DE passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at Breakwater Village, Lewes, DE. She was born in Abington, PA on December 8, 1939, daughter of the late Robert H. Louks and Ruth (Anthony) Loucks.
Mrs. Ferrer graduated from Pennsberry H.S. in Yardley, PA in 1957 then continued her education at Penn State University and obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Commercial Arts in 1961. She married her college sweetheart after graduating from college in 1961. She and her husband relocated to Delaware in November of 1996 where she became a member of First Town Club of Lewes and Groome UMC. Mrs. Ferrer enjoyed arts and crafts, needlework and bridge. She will be deeply missed and forever loved by all who were fortunate to enough to know her.
Ginny was preceded in death by her loving husband Joseph Aldolfo Ferrer. She is survived by her son Douglas W. Ferrer.
A funeral service will be held Monday, April 15, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins Lodge Chapel. 19691 Kings Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, where friends may visit beginning at 10:00 AM.
