Virgie Beaman Nicoletos' Obituary
Virgie Gaster Beaman Nicoletos, 81 ,of Lewes, DE died on Apriil 24, 2009 at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford, DE after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was born on July 7, 1927, in Sheffield, PA daughter of the late John Q. Gastter and Elsie V. (Broadwater)Gaster.
She retired after 24 years as a Deputy Court Room Clerk for the Superior Court in the State of California, County of Santa Clara.
Mrs. Nicoletos enjoyed playing piano, reading, traveling and going to the theatre and opera. She was a member of the Lewes Presbyterian Church, Lewes, DE
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a daughter-Virgie Elaine Flynn, sisters Anna V. Ruby, Maxine P. Riley, Ethel I. Smith, Freda H. Wilson , and Dorcas E. Louie.
She is survived by her husband of 15 years Nicholas G. Nicoletos, Grandson-Robert Flynn of Gilroy, California, sister-Betty J. Louie of Oakland, Md., and brother-John Q. Gaster of South Plainfield, NJ.
Memorial Services will be held Saturday, May 2, 2009 at 10:00 AM at the Lewes Presbyterian Church, Kings Highway, Lewes, DE.
Burial will be private at the Delaware Veterans Cemetery , in Bear, DE
