Vincent A. Tramontano Jr.'s Obituary
Vincent A. Tramontano, Jr., age 69, of Millsboro, DE, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 2, 2022, surrounded by his family. He was born on December 6, 1952, in Plainfield, NJ, the son of the late Rosemarie (DeBella) and Vincent A. Tramontano, Sr.
Vincent was born and raised in the Garden State, growing up in Plainfield, NJ, graduating from Plainfield High School, Class of 1968. In 1975, he married the love of his life, Mary, and they enjoyed a long and happy marriage. He enjoyed a lifelong career working with his family’s business, Tramontano Produce in South Plainfield. He was a man of many interests, enjoying fishing, bowling, coin collecting, and nights out at the casino. Vincent’s sense of humor endeared him to everyone he knew, and he was an expert storyteller, keeping his listeners on the edge of their seats. Above all, the time spent with those he held most dear was what he most cherished. He was a loving and devoted, husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, and he will be greatly missed by those fortunate enough to have known him.
Vincent is survived by his beloved wife of forty-seven years, Mary F. (D’Angelo) Tramontano of Millsboro, DE; his son, Brian Tramontano (Lauren) of Lebanon, NJ; his grandsons: Julian and Hunter Tramontano of Lebanon, NJ; his sisters, Elaine Tramontano of Plainfield, NJ, and Anita Wuest of Branchburg, NJ, and his brother John Tramontano of Bridgewater, NJ.
A Celebration of Vincent’s Life will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2022, at 11:00 AM at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, DE, where friends may visit beginning at 10:00AM.
