Vincent Kaminski's Obituary
Vincent Kaminski, age 93 of Bridgeville and Seaford, DE, formerly of Morganville and Linden, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, at the Seaford Center in Seaford, DE. He was born on August 27, 1927 in Linden, NJ, son of the late Joseph Kaminski and Amelia (Tompolski) Solski.
Mr. Kaminski proudly served in the Navy and was a WWII veteran from 1945-1946. He married the love of his life, Mary on December 26, 1948 and together they raised five daughters. Mr. Kaminski retired from the Sheet Metal Workers Union 25 in 1991, before moving to Bridgeville, DE.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Kaminski was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 71 years, Mary (Maffia); his daughter, Margaret Ann Kaminski and five brothers and sisters. He is survived by his daughters: Mary Lou Hartman and her husband Robert of Marlboro, NJ, Nancy Jane Di Meola and her husband Tom of Ennis, MT, Carol Lynn Lucas and her husband Dave of Bridgeville, DE, and Dorothy Marie Chulsky of Jackson, NJ. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and four nieces.
