Val was always close to my heart. She was so kind hearted and loving to all around her. Her infectious smile brought a light to this world. We will miss her. Her memory will always hold a special place in the hearts and minds of many. We loved her. Nita and Maurice
Some of my favorite memories of Valerie are her sweet smile and good humor. And when she was around, it always felt light hearted, like you were about to do something really fun. She just made me smile. When my family visited Hawaii in 1990, she spent time with Kelly, who was 12 at the time. It was so thoughtful to do. Then in 1997, when I was getting married for the 2nd time, she helped me get ready, knowing how to place a beautiful lei of flowers in my hair. I will miss her.
Val, I often thought of you and the time we all spent together in Arkansas trying to figure out which “treasures” of mom’s each of us would like to have. My heart is with you, Mike and especially Rick now and in the future. Love, Dianne Williams Fell
