Dr. Pilkington was my husband Bob's surgeon. He replaced both his hips. I remember he came into the hospital room himself to get Bob out of bed to walk him, and stayed with him the whole time. No surgeon we know has ever done that. We are beyond shocked that Dr Pilkington passed away so suddenly. We thank God he was saved. Deepest sympathy to his wife and family. He was a great man and the best surgeon.

Dr. Trinity save my life. I came in broke into pieces in a car accident. I died three times and he brought me back to life. I tell my kids about him and share the memory of him being there when I woke up cuz if it wasn't for help I would not be here today. Is 2024 and I'm just seeing this. I've looked them up numerous a times but the fact of knowing that he is not here on this Earth anymore. Definitely touches my soul and definitely puts a scar on it. I want to tell his family and his colleagues. Thank you and we appreciate him and may he rest in peace and he is always remembered in the baker family
I just learned of Dr Pilkington passing. He was my doctor for years. He was kind and compassionate. He will be missed by his patients. My prayers go out to his family.
Dr. Pilkington was The Best, and so compassionate and caring. He did all three of my replacement surgeries: one hip and both knees. He will be sorely missed! Praying for his family!
I just learned today this wonderful man had passed on. He took such great care of my father..loved his sense of humor and no nonsense approach to my dad during a long battle of knee issues for dad. Dr P was always kind and honest. My dad passed just a week before Dr P. I pray these two Christian men are enjoying the afterlife. Sincere condolences to all who love and appreciate the life of Dr P

I was sorry to hear about the death of Dr. Pilkington, and express my condolences to his family. I had not been a patient of Dr. Pilkington for very long, but every time he gave me my knee injections, we always had a great discussion about golf, not only in Delaware, but also in South Carolina. He seemed like a really nice guy and will be missed by all.
Dr Pilkington was a class act from the word go. He gave me new life and mobility at 78 years old. His confidence and professional demeanor made me feel that it was the right thing to do, he was right. Always a smile and easy to talk with I am very saddened by his passing. God bless Dr Pilkington, he is gone too soon.

Dr Pilkington will be missed. He replaced one hip first, then both my knees at the same time when no one else would, and then finally my other hip. His infectious smile and laughter whenever we medically met will not be forgotten. He touched so many lives with his healing and caring manner, especially mine. Rest well in heaven Dr. P!
