Thomas Wayne Nicastro Sr.'s Obituary
Thomas "Tom" Nicastro, age 75 of Rehoboth Beach, DE passed away on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, surrounded by family. He was born on October 10,1947, son of the late Thomas and Julie A. (DeMauro) Nicastro of Hammonton, NJ.
Tom grew up in Hammonton, New Jersey and graduated from Hammonton High School in 1965. He worked for his father’s General Plumbing & Heating Services. In 1968, Tom joined the Stork Army Reserve where he served as a plumber for Army barracks in Fort Dix, NJ until 1974. For a short time, he also worked in the Casino Industry before opening his own Heating & Air Conditioning, Thomas W. Nicastro & Son. After moving to Delaware, Tom worked as a HVAC technician before retiring to Rehoboth Beach with his loving wife, of 10 years, Susan Nicastro. Tom enjoyed his time reminiscing with family and friends. Loved by many, he will be forever missed by all who had the good fortune to know him.
In addition to his parents, Tom was predeceased by his sister, Barbara Haddy and brother-in law, Richard Haddy. He is survived by his wife, Susan Nicastro; his children: Thomas Nicastro, Jr., Nicole Caputo (Keith) and Dalton Nicastro; and his grandchildren: Anthony, Tommy, Chelsea, Gianna, Olivia, Lucas, Ella & Lily; his great grandchildren; and his stepdaughters: Christine, Shelly, Cindy, and Michelle.

Tom requested no funeral services. In honor of his memory the family will have a private celebration of his life.
