Teri and I met just before we started kindergarten, and it was the beginning of a lifelong bond that we would share. We were inseparable as children and remained best friends during our teen years and into adulthood. Regardless of where we lived, or how much time had passed since we had seen each other, we could easily pick up wherever we left off. We understood one another, in large part because we had such history together. Teri was beautiful, funny, and honest. She loved her family – Dom, Donny, Christyn, Matt, Luke, Leah and Ella – and was proud of them all. I share their grief and send my love. While I am heartbroken that Teri is no longer with us, her voice, her laughter and her lovely face will remain in my memory. I will hold her in my heart forever.

Teri was full of love and shared herself freely with everyone she knew. She was my sister’s best friend for over 50 years & although I did not grow up with Teri, she shared her love with me and my daughter just because we were Darlene’s family. It is with deep gratitude that we acknowledge her presence in our lives and what she meant to us. In loving remembrance, Chris (Kissy) Jim & Devon King
