Teresa Rose Pillsbury's Obituary
Teresa Rose Pillsbury, 66, of Ocean View, DE, died peacefully on February 11, 2026 in Lewes, DE. She was born in Baltimore, MD on June 15, 1959, daughter of the late William A. Pillsbury, MD and Vertalee McCusker Pillsbury.
She is survived by her siblings, Vertalee Yankowski and William T. Pillsbury, nieces LeeAnn Dibacco and Hope Guccione, nephews Theodore Kozak, Corey Fordham and William Pillsbury, and countless great nieces and nephews.
Teresa attained a bachelor’s degree in 1981 from Radford University in Virginia. She held customer service positions for Care First Blue Cross & Blue Shield and Baltimore Gas & Electric where she made many life-time friends. She retired to Ocean View, DE in 2017. Teresa loved cats, cruises and the beach; her generous spirit and enthusiasm for life will be remembered by everyone who knew her.
Teresa was preceded in death by her sister, Laurel Guccione.
A celebration of life will be held in the spring.
