Tammi Anderson's Obituary
Tammi Jo Anderson, age 44, of Lewes, DE, died Tuesday, July 18, 2006, at Beebe Medical Center in Lewes. Ms. Anderson was born in Quantico, VA, daughter of Ronald R. and Viola Jean (Cody) Anderson of Himrod, NY. She was a graduate of Canisteo High School, received her AA degree form Corning Community College, Corning, NY and her Bachelors degree from the State University of New York, College at Fredonia. Tammi was an active member of the Lutheran Church of Our Savior, Rehoboth Beach, DE where she taught Sunday School and was a member of the Hand Bell Choir. She was instrumental in the formation of the preschool at the church. She was a member of the Delaware Seashore Parrot Head Club. She had been employed as an associate vice president of All First bank, since acquired by M&T Bank.
In addition to her parents,
Tammi is survived by her husband Neil F. Dignon; a son,
Alexander LeGrand Dignon of Lewes, DE; and Two Brothers,
Howard Eugene Anderson of Himrod, N.Y. and Ronald L. Anderson of Corning, NY, and a large extended family.
A Celebration of Tammi's Life will be held at the Lutheran Church of Our Savior, Bay Vista Road, Rehoboth Beach, DE on Thursday, July 27, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Donald Schaefer officiating. Interment will be private. Flowers will be accepted, and memorial contributions may be sent to the Lutheran Church of Our Savior, 7 Bay Vista Road, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971.
