Susan L. Duffy's Obituary
Susan L. Duffy , age 43, of Millsboro, DE, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 28, 2012 at Atlantic Shores Rehabilitation & Health Center. She was born in Wilmington, DE, on Friday, March 01, 1968, daughter of Martin F. and Nancy (Slicher) Duffy.
Ms. Duffy was a resident of Millsboro for the past 3 years, coming from Kennett Square, PA. She worked in Banking and Collections in Wilmington and Newark, DE , attended Salisbury State University in MD and loved artwork, stamp collecting, reading and especially going to the beach.
In addition to her parents, Ms. Duffy is survived by one daughter; Katherine "Katie" Duffy of Chadds Ford, PA, one sister; Maureen A. Duffy of Lewes, one brother; Michael J. Duffy & his wife Blythe of Newark, DE, two nieces; Megan K. Harns and Paige M. Duffy and many aunts, uncles, cousins and their families.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Edmond's Catholic Church, 409 King Charles Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, DE. on Saturday, February 4, 2012 at 12:00 noon. Friends may call at the church beginning at 11:00 AM.
