I knew Stevie all my life.
We grew up together in the South Bronx. We had alot of good times,and I'll always remember Stevie as a good friend.
Steve"water 1" was like a brother to me and one of my closes and dearest friends.Loved him like brother. He was always there for me and my family with kind and loving words. I could go on and on about Steve. I just miss my FRIEND !!!! WILL NEVER FORGET HIM.

Steve was a good man and loved by many.He and my late husband (Gary Hegarty) were very close friends so Steve was the godfather to my son.I will always remember him as having peppermint lifesavers in his pocket. I want to extend my deepest sympathy to his family.
STEVE WAS A GREAT GUY AND ALWAYS GAVE A HELPING HAND , WATER 6 AND BASE 6 THE WATER PLANT WILL MISS GREATLY .ARE BEST WISH`S TO THE FAMILY .
