Stanley Paul Fallon's Obituary
Stanley Paul Fallon, age 71, of Georgetown, DE, with his family by his side, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 25, 2009, at his residence. He was born November 14, 1937 in Philadelphia, PA, son of the late Stanley and Eunice (Royce) Fallon.
He enjoyed a 25 year career with the Honeywell Corporation retiring in 1997 as a branch manager, having worked at several locations in the northeastern part of the United States. Following his career with Honeywell he worked for 5 years at SIEBE Control Systems. He was a man of strong faith who was devoted to his family and had moved to Sussex County with his beloved wife in 2007 from Carthage, Maine. He was an avid hunter and loved working with wood.
He is survived by his wife of Jeanne (Hughes) Fallon; three sons: Jeffrey Fallon of Plymouth, MN, Scott G. Fallon and his wife Tracy A. of Tabernacle, NJ, and Sean P. Fallon and his wife Erica of Milford, ME; a daughter, Kelly J. Rocco and her husband Richard of Williamstown, NJ; nine grandchildren: Hannah and Noel Fallon of Plymouth, MN, Jennifer and Christopher Fallon of Tabernacle, NJ, Olivia, Victoria, Dylan and Cecilia Rocco of Williamstown, NJ, Harper Lee of Milford, ME; two great-grandchildren, Sean Anthony Gaughan and Patrick Gregory Gaughan; and a sister, April R. Becker of Scottsdale,AZ.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two grandsons, Scott Fallon and Liam Stanley Fallon.
A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, June 30, 2009, 11:00 AM, at the Georgetown Wesleyan Church, 618 N. Bedford Street, Georgetown, DE. There will be no calling hours. Interment will be private. Arrangements are being handled by Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Dodd-Carey Chapel, Georgetown, DE. (www.parsellfuneralhomes.com.com)
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
