Shirley E. Wootton's Obituary
Shirley E. Wootton, age 90, of Lewes, DE, formerly of Catonsville, MD, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 20, 2018, at her home in Lewes. She was born on Wednesday, September 7, 1927 in Baltimore City, MD, daughter of the late George and Doris (Ogal) Leppo.
Mrs. Wootton lived a life devoted to raising her family and keeping her beautiful home. She cherished the time spent with her family and the many memories they created together.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Wootton was preceded in death by her loving husband of sixty-seven years, William; and her daughter, Lynn Wootton. She will be dearly missed by her two children: Chester Wootton and Sharon Pierce; her ten grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, two great great-grandchildren and a third on the way.
No funeral services will be held at the request of Mrs. Wootton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Delaware Hospice 100 Patriots Way Milford, DE 19963.
