When my parent’s house burned down in Sea Isle City, Seth called me and offered the most sincere condolences. His empathy in that situation was so comforting. He had some personal ties to SIC and h was genuinely upset for me. I will always be grateful for his care and concern during a tough time. That’s how I’ll remember him.

I am heartbroken to learn of Seth’s passing, and I am thinking of all of you at this extremely difficult time. One of my favorite memories of Seth is when he was a special guest at our very small 7-person wedding in Lewes Beach. We knew he lived close by, so we picked him up in our tiny party bus and went out in Rehoboth to celebrate. Adding Seth to our core group that evening increased the party to 8 people, but it felt like a 200-person wedding. We look back at photos from that night, laugh and smile, and always say: “that was great when Seth crashed our wedding.” It makes us happy to know we got to have such a special man with us on our wedding day. He made a difference that night for us, and every day for so many of his friends and family. We miss you and love you, Seth.
