I will always hold the beautiful memories we made when you opened your home to me while i was on vacation your a kind and lovable woman who was forever opening your home to share n make wonderful memories you will be missed dearly RIP my beautiful cousin Sandra
We are so shocked and sad to have learned that Sandra passed away. She was a one of the kindest people I ever met. She loved to have or go to gatherings where people told their stories and shared in great food, sang, and danced. She always made you feel at home. Our sympathy goes out to Sandra's family, especially to Michael, as we had great times with the both of them. We would tease her a lot and she said that even with me picking on her, she loved the attention! She was one in a million. Our hearts are very sad at losing her and she will be greatly missed. May she rest in God's loving peace.
Warm condolences.

Jenn and family I am so sorry to hear about Aunt Sandy’s passing. She was such a wonderful, funny, caring and silly woman. I will always smile when I think of her and all of the fun she brought to the party. She was truly one of a kind and will always have a special place in my heart. May she rest with the angels and you all find comfort💜
Such a beautiful soul! Sandra was one of my longest and loyal client but she was so much more than that to me. She was my friend and I enjoyed every moment with her. I looked forward to her coming to get her hair done. She always listened to my life with sincerity and offered great advice.
I’m so sad as I was supposed to be seeing her tomorrow for her appointment 💔
She will be missed so much! All my love to her family and friends ❤️❤️
In my whole life, I never met ANYONE who enjoyed life more than my “Aunt” Sondra. She was always full of life, laughing and joking, and toasting with her friends and family. She was always planning her next adventure or celebration. Her many trips, hobbies and belly laughs will never be forgotten.
She loved to decorate for everything. I will never forget her helping my mom and I decorate for my grandparents’ 50th anniversary party. She was trying to teach me to make bows like she did. So she invented her now infamous “poof and scoop” technique, which we used (while laughing uncontrollably) for many years afterwards. We even laughed in 2017, as she helped my Aunt and I decorate for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary as she went around reminding me to “poof and scoop, Suz!” LOL!
How many fun times she shared with my parents and grandparents! And with beloved friends like Cecilia Casella, Maryann Zembrzuski, Sara Rickards Piccolo, Elaine Marino, David Datz, and Larry Scott. She now rejoins so many other friends that already passed away: Irene, Kelly, Susan, Mary, Kay, Lucy, and Barbara. As well as her parents, Charlie and Rita, and my grandparents, Adam and Susie.
She was my mom’s best friend of 60 years, was a bridesmaid in my parents’ wedding, and the “Fairy” Godmother to my baby brother. She became a chosen member of our family as we adopted her entire brood and they us. There was never anything she missed in our family life when I was growing up in South Philly. Later, when she retired to Lewes to be my parents’ next door neighbor, the fun and laughter continued.
Over the years, the funny stories certainly accumulated. One favorite of mine was after we had moved to Delaware, when she and “Aunt” Sara came next door to my parents’ home to have some wine with my mom and me. Afterwards, she needed to walk her daughter’s dog, Roxie, who she was dog sitting at the time. My boyfriend at the time and I thought it best to walk with them because, well ... she’d had some wine. LOL! As we walked, she kept commanding poor Roxie to, “Pee!” The problem was she didn’t stop long enough for the poor thing to get a chance to go. LOL! This continued for several stops on a chilly evening. Finally, she let out a very loud, “Will you just pee already!” And my boyfriend said, “Roxie, if you don’t go, I’m gonna!” The three of us laughed all the way home. That’s how I plan to think of her passing. She’s just laughing all the way home!
I love you Aunt Son. Our crazy memories and fun times will forever be in my heart. Especially, when I poof and scoop! LOL! Rest In Peace and kiss everyone for us! :flag-it:🌹🍷💋❤️

When I was 10 years old, I used to stay at my Grandmother’s house in Opal Street often. I loved spending time at Aunt Sandys because when Jennifer wasn’t home, I could play with her cool teenage stuff (keyboard, microphone, etc...). One night Sandy asked Gram to send me over because she thought I might like to help her bake a broccoli pie. Well....30 min after we put it in the over, it exploded all over the oven and kitchen. We laughed and laughed. There was dough everywhere. Every time I would see her over the years I would bring it up and we’d laugh about it. ThAt was 36 years ago and probably my most favorite memory of Sandy. It always makes me smile. Broccoli pie forever! Love you Aunt Sandy.
Growing up with Aunt San was so much fun. She just had such a silly East and care free way about her. My favorite memory though was a couple years back when she got her first tattoo. She was telling me how she got one and I was telling her how much I wanted one. She turned and asked me if I wanted to see hers and she dropped her pants and showed me her rose tattoo on her butt. We laughed so hard. I miss her laugh. She was just an amazing person with a big heart. Keep smiling and laughing Aunt San.
