Sally G. Jones' Obituary
Sally G. Jones, age 83, of Lewes, DE, passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2011, at Beebe Medical Center in Lewes, DE. She was born on January 24, 1928 daughter of the late Horace and Charlotte De Lorme Gledhill in Brooklyn, New York. Mrs. Jones was a member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Rehoboth Beach, DE where she was a former Choir member and Deacon. For thirty years she was a volunteer with the Beebe Medical Center and was also a volunteer for many years for the Meals on Wheels. Gardening, reading and swimming were many of her favorite pastimes.
She was predeceased by her husband Samuel Beach Jones on December 26, 2005.
She is survived by her sons Bruce R. Norton of Sunnyvale, CA and Craig S. Norton and wife Linda of Henderson, Nevada; daughters Linda Rittenhouse of Rehoboth Beach, DE and Missy Norton of Lewes, DE; grandchildren Sarah Nave and Erik Norton and two great granddaughters.
Services will be announced at a later date. Burial will be private at Henlopen Memorial Park.
