Aunt Ruth was a dear part of my life from as far back as I can remember. Never one to forget her grand-nephews/nieces birthdays and Christmas, she always sent a card to mark the occasion. My daughters Maura and Nancy have fond memories of spending time with their great-great-Aunt Ruth in her kitchen in Georgetown, and at dinners with my grand parents at and around Fenwick.
I have a special place in my heart filled with memories of Aunt Ruth. I smile when I go there...
You were so loved and we will all miss you very much. Wish I could be there celebrating your life. Colleen says that her new baby passed you on his way down from heaven and he said that you are now are angel. Love you forever. 143
So many wonderful memories...Trips to Ruth's shell shop (always thought it was named after her!), Pancake and scrabble breakfasts in trailer #1 with Helen, Charolette and Ruth. Taking us to the courthouse after spending the morning at the Nancy Lee shop!! She was the keeper of the family history!!! What will we do now?? Loved rubbing the corns on her feet (the quarter always seemed worth it) All those hot July days on the pontoon boat(best memories of all)
You were well loved, Aunt Ruth. and we sure were lucky to have such a wonderful Aunt!!!!!
Aunt Ruth you are dearly missed. I will always remember the many Christmas and Thanksgiving you spent with our family. I am glad that you are reunited with your family in Heaven.
I will miss Aunt Ruth, her charm, and her sharp wit. She was always glad to see me and my family no matter how long it had been since our last meeting. I wish my kids had more chance to get to know her.
I wish to relay my sincere condolences to Ruth's family. I haven't seen Ruth in years. I worked with her for a brief time at Maull & Maull and she was very kind to me. I always thought she was a gentle Lady and appreciated all the help she gave me while I worked with her. I'm sure you will all miss her gentle soul. May God be with you all at this time.
May she rest in peace. What a wonderful person she was. I have missed her so much already -- her passing makes it more so. Thanks to all that took such good care of her.
