Growing up with Roy at 23 Brewster Ave and the spending many hours at the sandlots were some of the best times of my life. Mr. Schrumpf was one of the nicest people. When I was in High School he was VP of Ridgefield Park and he always treated everyone especially the students fair and with respect. My prayers goes to his family
My condolences to Roy's family - seems so strange and sad to read this, he was just a tiny tot when I first took his picture living on College Pl next to my sister.

My deepest condolences to the Schrumf and Coyle families for the loss of Roy. I will remember him fondly as he made RPHS a wonderful place to work because of his friendship, humor and big heart. He was such a good man.
