Ronald Lee Brengle's Obituary
Ronald Lee Brengle, age 76, of Rehoboth Beach, DE passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2014, at Bayhealth Center - Milford, DE. He was born November 03, 1937 in Baltimore, MD, son of the late Mantz and Evelyn Brengle.
Mr. Brengle was formerly of Upper Marlboro and relocated to Delaware along with his wife following his retirement from a 35 year career with the US Government Department of Defense. He was a Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War Era and had served on the Naval Aircraft Carrier Antietam.
During his free time Ron enjoyed camping, archery, self teaching himself in the art of automobile repair as well as having an avid interest in electronics to the extent of building his very own television.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Inez N. Brengle, a daughter Karen McCarthy and husband Mike of Thurmont, MD; two sons, Brian Brengle of Maryland and Keith Brengle and his spouse Kevin of Washington, DC; three grandchildren and six grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2014, at 1:00 PM at Bethel United Methodist Church, 129 W. 4th Street, Lewes, DE., where viewing will begin at 12 noon.
Burial with Naval Honors will follow the services at the Bethel Methodist Cemetery, Savannah Road, Lewes, DE.
