Uncle Bob will be missed greatly. He was a great help with my mom when my dad passed away, and with what my mom is going through right now. He is looking upon us all now with my father and beloved ones. God bless.

Please accept my heartfelt sympathies for your loss. We all look forward to the near future when the earth will be a renewed paradise and death will be no more. (Rev 21:3,4)
I love you Uncle Bob and will miss you dearly. My thoughts and prayers are with you Aunt Phil, Kathleen, Janet and Donna.
I will always have great memories of Uncle Bob as the substitute "Santa" who at christmas at Nanas' would read the names and give out the gifts, honed my catching skills during this time. He also taught me to tie a small tie knot and perhaps a good indicator of his spirit will be the time we stopped at a school in New York after Nanas' burial and played handball in dress clothes and shoes. I will aways have great memories of him as a positive influence in my life. Sure would love to relive one more Christmas at Nans.
On Saturdays when we were young, my brother, Robert would take me to confession. We had to walk over a mile there and back. In the winter, it was so cold and on our way home he would stop at the ice cream parlor on the corner of Foster Avenue and buy us hot chocolates. They were whipped in the malted machine and served with a dollop of real whipped cream and two cookies in cellophane wrap. He paid for these treats with his paper route money. I was so proud to go anywhere with my BIG brother and have admired him my whole life. He will be missed.
Uncle Bob was a great guy. How many uncles would encourage you to ride pieces of cardboard down his roof while he sprayed the roof with water to make the trip faster?
He gave me my first radio (of course a Philco product) built into a 1965 T-bird. I remember listening to my first FM stations and music courtesy of Uncle Bob.
One of my favorite stories is when he taught Chris to swim by throwing him into the pool and then saying "he can swim can't he?
An original. Nothing like him, I will miss him and was very glad to get to know him growing up.
