Robert Roland Russell's Obituary
Robert Russell, age 70 of Bridgeville, Delaware died suddelnly on Saturday, April 3, 2010 at his residence.
He was born on May 9, 1939 in Bridgeville, Delaware, son of the late S. Roland Russell and the late Gertrude Dill Russell. He was also predeceased by a brother William James Russell in 2007.
Mr. Russell was a horse trainer for many years in lower Delaware. He loved sports of all types, especially when the Phillies or the Boston Celtics were playing.
Surviving are brother, Ronnie Russell & wife Sonnett, sister, Carol R. Carlisle & husband Keith of Greenwood, DE. and several nephews.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday April 8, 2010 at 2 PM at the Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Hardesty Chapel, 202 Laws Street, Bridgeville, Delaware., where friends may call one hour prior to services. Burial will follow at Bridgeville Cemetery.
