Bob was one of the most joyful people I've ever met. I probably met Bob for the first time around the time my brother-in-law married Bob's daughter, Kim. His smile and near constant happy disposition are what sticks out to me the most. The second thing I remember is how proud Bob was to have served as a Navy corpsman in Vietnam. That's one of the toughest jobs in the military - taking care of marines, under fire, while everyone else is just trying to stay alive. Knowing all that Bob must have seen and done, it was all the more amazing that he was always so cheerful. God bless you, Bob, and thank you for bringing joy into my life whenever I was in your presence.
