I don't know why but I have Bob on my mind this morning. Bob took the State Captain slot in Delaware at the worst possible moment and he somehow made it work.
He and I spent long hours on the phone during those days. He was someone I grew to admire and respect greatly.
It's been nearly three years. I still miss Bob Moyer.....the master of the understatement.
