Janet,

I'm so sorry for your loss. As you know I lost my Joe just a year ago April 17, 2011. The pain does get better, BUT it takes a lot of time.

I've read the guest book and everyone says how kind and gentle Bob was.

I know different - He sure hated (to say the least) the idea of the squirrels eating the bird's food that he so generously put out for them, by the letter I received thanking me for my suggestion to deter the squirrels from getting to the feeder.

May you keep on chasing the squirrels and keep the birds safe in flight, as your wings will be wrapped around Janet to comfort her in her future.

I met Robert at a Parkinson's exercise group whichwe were all participating. I said hello, and he offered me a piece of hard candy.I hope he takes his candy to Heaven, because they don't come any sweeter or more caring.

eWe feel so priviledged to have known Bob, who was an outstanding neighbor and fantastic friend. Everyone who knew him, just loved him for his humor, kindness, and willingness to help others. I'll always remember Bob for the "Spirit" and energy he brought to our family reunions. Forever a family man, his wife, children and grandchildren are a great testament to his love and commitment to them.
