Robert W. Fillmore Sr.'s Obituary
Robert W. Fillmore, Sr. age 78 of Lewes, DE, passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2017, at Beebe Healthcare. He was born in Elizabeth, NJ on February 22, 1939, son of the late, Jay and Elizabeth Fillmore.
Mr. Fillmore was a retired member of the Army National Guard and he was a Fourth Degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus. He was also a member of the Angola Beach Estates Homeowners Association.
Mr. Fillmore is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Ann D. Fillmore; his daughters, Roberta Gomez and Carol Fernandez; his sons, Edward M. Fillmore and Robert Fillmore, Jr.; his grandchildren: Edison Fernandez, Robert Fillmore, III, Cris Fernandez, Sean Fillmore and Ali Gomez; and his brothers, Jay and Harry Fillmore.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday April 22, 2017 at 11:00 AM at St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church, 152 Tulip Drive, Lewes, DE 19958. Burial will follow Mass at Henlopen Memorial Park, Milton, DE.
Friends may call on Friday, April 21, 2017 at Parsell Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, DE 19958 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.
