He had a great gift to convey knowledge and his experiences, and will be missed by the people who knew him. My deepest condolences to Faith and his family. RIP Amy friend.

I just learned about Robert's passing. Reading his obituary, I realized I missed his service today. I wish I knew sooner because I would have attended.
I so enjoyed interacting with Bob! He was a man of many stories.... and who can ever forget his infectious laugh!
I will always remember you, his beautiful "bride". I can still see you standing by his side as we spoke at MSO concerts at Mariners Bethel Church, and attendance at the many fundraisers.
You both were such loyal MSO supporters!

We had the good fortune of meeting Bob and Faith through their daughter, Susan. We were privileged enough to spend many summer weekends at their home in Dewey Beach. The Duncans took us in like family. We will always remember his deep laugh as he told stories from the past and the latest book he’d read. He was always ready to fix drinks at 5 o’clock. Bob was a kind, generous man with a wonderful sense of humor. He will be missed, but we will treasure our memories with him. Love, The Donnelly’s
