Dear Roseann and Family,
My deep sympathy to all of you. Among the many who will miss Dr. Bob Dillman are those of us he hired when he founded the Management, Accounting, and Aviation program at Bridgewater State University in 1982. In addition, Bob touched the lives of, and inspired, thousands of students. I am grateful for having had the opportunity to know and work under him.
I was so sorry to hear of Dr. Dillman's passing. Please accept my condolences in this difficult time. I feel fortunate that I was able to participate in a Covey workshop with Bob during his last year as president of East Stroudsburg University. I also exchanged a few emails with him recently and through that connection continued to benefit from his guidance. He was truly dedicated to the mission of higher education and will be missed by all. Peace to you.

I had the pleasure of working with Bob while serving as his attorney at the Pa. State System of Higher Education. He was a humanistic leader who always focused on apeople as well as the institution. A delight to work with, his reason and compassion served as the foundation for all of his accomplishments. He will be missed.

Bob was always so supportive of the Prince Hall Scholarship Program at East Stroudsburg University and for that a number of students, graduates and myself will always be grateful.
My heart was broken at the news of my dear cousin's untimely passing. He was a major influence in my life, guiding me on sending my son to college & even though we didn't speak very often, I always knew he was there for me. My heart breaks for his dear wife & family. You are all in my thoughts & my prayers.
