While it is most difficult to say good-bye to my most beloved Uncle Bob, I take great comfort in knowing that he is resting in the arms of our Lord and Saviour.
We can all see him standing with a most radiant smile. It is hard to believe that anyone who has walked through the storms of life that assailed Uncle Bob could have such peace and love enough to share with all that knew him.
His anchor held strong through it all.
A true testimony to Gods faithfulness.
I look forward to walking along the shores of heaven with him some day in glory.

If someone spent even a little time observing my uncle Bob, one would certainly glean a few lessons about godly living; upon coming downstairs first thing in the morning, my uncle Bob would often be found reading his Bible. Paul tells us in 2 Timothy 3:16, “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness.” If someone spent even a little time conversing with my uncle Bob, one would certainly glean a few lessons about godly character; for instance, my uncle Bob was exemplary of how one is to speak with others in a gracious manner. Proverbs 22:11 says, “One who loves a pure heart and who speaks with grace will have the king for a friend.” I truly thank God for the time I was given to spend with my uncle Bob. I know he will be dearly missed by many. My sincere condolences to all who likewise loved my grand uncle Bob Clancy.

Bob was glad to talk With you a couple of weeks ago. Had no idea that you would be in heaven this time. Enjoyed the many hours we shared at Saint Edmunds in the handicap section at Sunday Mass.
