Robert Charles Buckley's Obituary
Robert “Bob” Charles Buckley, age 73, of the Salt Pond Community, Bethany Beach, DE, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 7, 2012 at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA surrounded by his family. He was born in Pittsburgh, PA, on July 14, 1938, son of the late Chester Mclay and Mary Dolores Buckley.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, July 12, 2012 at 11:00 AM at St. Ann Catholic Church, 691 Garfield Parkway, Bethany Beach, DE. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Clarksville Chapel, 34874 Atlantic Avenue, Ocean View, DE. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Dagsboro, DE will follow Mass.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Mr. Buckley to the American Heart Association, 200 Continental Drive, #101, Newark, DE 19713 or to Missionary Servants of the Most Blessed Trinity, 3501 Solly Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19136.
