My thoughts and prayers are with Rich's family and friends. I worked with him in Cape school District. He volunteered his time graciously. We didn't always agree but he was always a gentleman and I enjoy knowing him.
Thank you to the man that shared his beloved Boston with us. He loved Boston and because of him we will always have wonderful memories of the times we shared with him and Nan and the 4th of July will always be extra special to us.
Richard was a wonderful man. Funny, caring and always a great friend. He was always smiling and joking around. He always asked about how I was doing even though he was sick himself. My husband & I were blessed to have Nan & Rich in our lives and as our dear friends. Richard will be greatly missed by all. Sending prayers and hugs to Nan & the Steiman family. ❤️
I knew Rich as he was one of our contacts for OMS the accounting system that several of the state agencies used for many years. I enjoyed working with him as he was always so nice when we contacted him. Condolences to the family on their loss.

His sense of humor and ability to 'minimze' the stress and conflicts was a skill he mastered.
