I had the pleasure of meeting this fine young man at Pot Nets while I working at the Main office. Mr. Rowe would come in and visit on occasion just to stop in and chat . He reminded me of my father who had passed some years before and I enjoyed him coming to see me . My husband knew him through working on boats and he also spoke very highly of Mr. Rowe. I saw him probably about a year or so ago out at the shopping center..we talked , we hugged and went about our way…Rest in Peace Mr. Rowe…you will be missed 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

Do to our health situations we regret not attending Rick’s memorial. Rick was a wonderful friend. We were next door neighbors in coveside. No matter what , if he could , he’d always be willing to help you out. He always had a positive attitude. I miss having coffee and our conversations at his dining room table and the occasional Crown Royal. When we last talked to Rick in mid June and he was happy to be with Susan. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Rowe and Talmo family. I grew up with his daughter Lynn we lived down the street from each other in Pleasant Hills. many of times I would be at their home, and Mr. Rowe was very nice to me. Lynn and I had lots of good memories together. My heart breaks for Lynn and her children at this time. I wish I could be there for her but I still live in this area and they are down the beach area so I want to send my condolences to all of the family.

To the entire Rowe family, we send our deepest condolences. Dickie was one of the funniest people I have ever met and to be around him at any time was to know that he was genuine, truthful and indeed a great friend. He and my father Dick Reed shared many adventures and had many tales to tell of the "good ole days" when they were young. Dickie was one of the hardest working men I know and his dedication to his wife was without a doubt humbling. He loved his children deeply and his family was always first.
