Mark was a faithful priest of Jesus Christ, a dear friend, and a good and decent man.
So very sorry to learn of Mark’s passing. He was our next door neighbor and was always so pleasant and kind. He would talk about family, birding, and planted such beautiful flowers in his yard. We send our deepest sympathy to Laura, Daria & family. We will remember him fondly. Linda & Dave Miller
Mark was a wonderful naturalist and birder who always had a kind word for all who met him. We miss him greatly.
Diane and family, Susan and I are saddened to learn the news about your brother Mark. We have both lost brothers, so we understand your loss. Praying for peace and comfort for you all. Cathy & Susan
Mark was a good friend and birding companion. He was a great story teller as well as a great listener. We talked birds, native plant species, shared our knowledge and experiences of both. We are truly saddened by Mark’s death, but also we feel glad that he’s in a place where he doesn’t have to fight so hard anymore. May you be at peace, Mark, and know our lives were better for having known you. Our condolences to your loving family. Fran and Ken Bass
I was always happy to see Mark at a Sussex bird Club trip or on a trail. He was always upbeat, so enthusiastic, and humble, despite his vast knowledge of many subjects. He made the world a better place.
I will remember Mark as a kind man who loved going birding. I will miss seeing him at our meetings. Be with God now, Mark.
I used to love meeting up with Mark on birding trips. His knowledge of plants was extraordinary. He had a great sense of humor. I very sad to hear of his passing. My condolences to his family.
