Regina Mary Mutchler's Obituary
Regina Mary Amigh Mutchler (Jean), [77], of Lewes, DE, passed away on Dec. 16, 2012, after a five year battle with Alzheimer disease.
Jean was born in Altoona, PA on Dec. 17, 1934, daughter of the late Samuel and Madeline Zeak Amigh. She graduated from Bishop Guilfoyle Catholic High School and continued on to receive a nursing degree from Mercy Hospital School of Nursing. Jean worked as a nurse anesthetist for many years and in home care nursing. She enjoyed many hobbies including playing her piano, painting, crosswords, crafts and gardening. She was also actively involved in the Radnor Fire Auxiliary, Wayne. PA.
Jean is survived by her husband of 49 years John C. (Clay) Mutchler, whom she married on Nov. 11, 1963.
Jean was also preceded in death by her siblings; Ellen, Thelma, Dolores, and Roberta.
In addition to her husband she is survived by her children and spouses John and Augusta, Kristen and John, and Amy; grandchildren Zach, Noah, and Alisun; and siblings Janet and Robert.
All services will be private.
