Becky is loved and missed by so many people. The family's loss is our loss. She was a wonderful friend for many decades who was there for me during happy times, and some sad ones, in my life. We laughed and loved. No one has a butter-smooth voice like Becky. She was quick to laugh, she cared about the people she loved to the fullest possible extent, she was so very giving of herself to others. To know her is truly to have loved her. I was privileged to have seen her in action with her catering company in DC, attending two parties that were running concurrently not too far from each other. We dashed to and fro, but walked in calmly to survey the goings-on to make certain that both parties were going according to plan. They were. I loved visiting her in her lovely DC home, and later in life, at her Lewes, DE home, laughing and remembering old times. My husband, Grant, my brother, Lynn, and I are so very sorry that she is no longer physically among us. I feel her presence and her grace. And I feel her strength for all of us during this difficult time.
Love,
