I knew Ralph as the unofficial "Mayor" of Sea Chase where we live in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. I always enjoyed chatting with Ralph as he did his walks about the community. He was an invaluable coach when I joined the HOA Board of Directors--passing along wise tidbits and some of his vast knowledge of our community. He lent me one of his notebooks from when he was President of the HOA and it helped me tremendously. He had a great soul and is sorely missed.

Ralph, thank you for sharing your gifts with us! I could always count on your roaring laugh, a snappy comeback, or much-needed advice. You truly were a blessing and touched so many people! Rest in Peace, sir.

I am so sorry to hear of Ralph's passing. I still remember the day that I met him at Robins AFB in the C-141 Program Office. Even though we worked for different companies - to him we were all on the same team supporting the warfighter. We became pretty good friends over the year supporting the Air Force and keeping the planes flying. He traveled to Texas often for meetings and all got along extremely well.

He will be missed greatly.

Sandy, Monica and Tara I was very sorry to hear of Ralph's passing. Ralph was one of the best mentors I ever knew and have very fond memories of my time spent with him. His kindness and willingness to take my under his wing during our time working together will always be cherished. He was a great man, friend, husband, parent and there will never be another like him. May God be with each of you during this trying time.

Sandy, "Tarer" (Tara), Monica and Tyler, I was so saddened to hear of Ralph's passing. I cherish the memories of working with him at Robins in the C-141 Engineering Office. He always had a smile and a kind word (well almost always, there was this one flight crew...) for everyone. I can't tell y'all how much he taught me, not just about the airplane, but about living. I know that he loved y'all dearly, you were frequently the topic of his conversations. I pray for God to reveal Himself to you as the God of All Comfort that I know He is, and that He ease this time with the memories of the good times. And I KNOW that Ralph had good times!
Know that the Air Force, and the world in general, is a better place for Ralph having been here.

My heart and prayers goes out to this wonderful family. I got the privilege to cut Ralph's hair sometime ago and for a good while when he lived in Maryland. He always had a smile on his face and was full of laughter. Ralph and the Bradley family treated me as part of their own. God bless and Love you all.💕🙏

My sincere condolences on the loss of Ralph. When i moved here 17 years ago, Mr. And Mrs. Bradley were extremely kind to me and great neighbors for 5 years. When i first moved in, my electricity was not turned on yet. Ralph offered to run an extension cord to my house to run lights and a fan. It was a gesture that i was very grateful for.
