Rade Vander Wall's Obituary
Rade Vander Wall, age 92, of Milton, DE, formerly of Midland Park, NJ and Wyckoff, NJ, passed away on Sunday, October 04, 2015, at her residence. She was born Wednesday, January 31, 1923 in the Netherlands, daughter of the late John and Marie (Nauta) Van Meekeren.
Mrs. Vander Wall was a full time homemaker, loving and devoted wife and mother to her two sons, Donald and John. After her husband's death in 1970, Mrs. Vander Wall began a career as a factory worker. She lived out her faith in her Bible study groups, singing in the church choir and volunteering wherever there might be a need.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Vander Wall was preceded in death by her loving husband, Martin Vander Wall in September of 1970 and her sister, Clara Vander Wall. She is survived by her two sons, Donald Vander Wall and his wife, Jean of Milton, DE; John Vander Wall and his wife, Dawn of Vernon, NJ; 5 grandchildren, Scott Vander Wall and his wife Brenda of Wyckoff, NJ; Todd Vander Wall and his wife Jessica of Ringwood, NJ; Wendy Cassidy and her husband Mark of Ringwood, NJ; Sandra Vander Wall of Milton, DE; Sean Vander Wall of PA; 5 great-grandchildren and a sister, Ann Ruitenburg and her husband Paul of Wanaque, NJ.
Services will be held at a later date at the Abundant Life Reformed Church in Wyckoff, NJ.
