Rachel was a wonderful wife and homemaker. Her greatest joy in life was raising her three children. Rachel was a talented seamstress, and her hobbies included quilting, sewing, gardening, taking Zumba classes and relaxing on the beach. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family. Rachel was an active member of The Lutheran Church of Our Savior in Rehoboth Beach, DE. She enjoyed monthly gatherings with her quilting ladies and was also a charter member of The Ocean Waves Quilt Guild. Her devotion to her family, however, took precedence above all. The time spent with those she held dear was what she most cherished, especially her six grandchildren and great-granddaughter. Loved by many, she will be deeply and genuinely missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Her Celebration of Life will be held at The Lutheran Church of Our Savior located at 20276 Bay Vista Road Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971 on Saturday July 30th, 2022. Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 am with the service beginning at 10:30 am.
