Philip A. Clark's Obituary
Philip A. Clark , age 58, of Lewes, DE, passed away on Friday, January 10, 2014 at Wilmington Hospital, Christiana Care Health Services. He was born in Boston, MA, on July 28, 1955 son of the late Arthur George Clark and Patricia J. McWeeny Clark who resides in Lewes, DE. He was also preceded in death by his brother Matthew Clark.
Mr. Clark was a Fourth Degree Grand Knight at St. Pauls Church in Damascus, Maryland where he also taught CCD with the RCI Program for many years, as well as a 3rd Order Dominican in Washington, DC. His enjoyed photography and scuba diving.
In addition to his mother Mr. Clark is survived by his brothers; Fr. Joseph Clark of Arlington, VA,, Lawrence Clark of Severn, MD, and Edmund Clark and his wife Lauren of Boston, MA; his sister Virginia Collins and husband Stephen of Rehoboth Beach, DE and many Nieces & Nephews -
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 15, 2014, at 11:00 AM, at St. Edmond Catholic Church, 409 King Charles Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, DE with Fr. Joseph Clark celebrating. Friends may call on Tuesday eveing from 6-8 PM a the Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, DE where Vigil Prayers will begin at 7:30 PM.
Burial will follow the Mass at All Saints Cemetery, Beaver Dam Road, Harbeson, DE.
