Pauline Mansell's Obituary
Pauline Mansell, age 75 of Bridgeville, DE, passed away on Thursday, September 16, 2021, at her home. She was born in Sheffield, England, on August 27, 1946, daughter of the late William and Mona Jepson.
Mrs. Mansell had many and varied interests. She was a skilled baker and enjoyed knitting. Mrs. Mansell was a voracious reader and loved to travel, visiting places all around the globe. Above all, she cherished time spent with those she held most dear. Mrs. Mansell was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She was loved by many and will be deeply missed by all who had the good fortune to know her.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Mansell was preceded in death by her brother, Roger Jepson; her granddaughter, Lyndsey Burgess; her in-laws: Sam and Evelyn Mansell; her brother-in-law, Michael Grant; and her nephew, Peter Grant. She is survived by her beloved husband, Royston Mansell; her daughter, Sharon Murphy (Mike); her son, Gary Mansell (Linda); her grandson, Leigh Burgess; her great-grandchildren: Travis, Bryn, and Eddie; her sister, Mary Grant; her brother, Alan Jepson (Phyllis); her sister, Elaine Turton (Tony); and her many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 23, 2021, at 3:00 PM, at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 202 Laws Street, Bridgeville, DE 19933, where friends may visit beginning at 2:00 PM. Interment will be private.
