Paul Hanyok's Obituary
Paul Hanyok, age 75, of Lewes, DE formerly of Beltsville, MD, died Saturday, October 22, 2005, at Beebe Medical Center in Lewes. He was born May 24, 1930 in Harrisburg, PA son of the late Michael and Pauline (Kablish) Hanyok.
Mr. Hanyok had worked as a quality control engineer in the aerospace industry retiring from Bechtel Power Company in Gaithersburg, MD. He had also worked for the former Fairchild Industries in Germantown, MD. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
He is survived by his wife Rosemary (Wesley) Hanyok; two daughters and sons-in-law, Patricia Avery and her husband Tom and Linda Brammer and her husband Jesse all of Lewes; a son, Paul M. Hanyok of Frederick, MD; a daughter-in-law Julia Hanyok of Cambridge, MD; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a sister,
Irene Janasko of Silver Spring, MD; and a brother, Francis Hanyok of Ocean Pines, MD.
Arrangements are being handled by Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, DE where the family will receive friends Tuesday, October 25, 7-9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 26, 11 AM at St. Jude The Apostle Church, DE, Rt. 1 north of Five Points; Fr. Jim Hreha will be officiating. A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, October 27, 11 AM at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Dagsboro, DE.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Diabetes Association, 110 South French Street, Suite 400, Wilmington, DE 19801.
