As a retired Finance Corps NCO, I recall the many memories of MG Burns visits to our units and training events and how personable he was to the soldiers. He was a great man, leader and soldier. May GOD Bless you during this time of sorrow.
General Burns was one of the finest officers and one of the most gracious gentlemen with whom I have had the privilege of serving. He will be missed.
Paul & Ann were long time friends and Paul will be missed in the Retired Corps. Ann I sincerely hope that you will stay connected with the Finance family through the reunions.
