Patricia Ann Fraser's Obituary
Patricia Ann Rust Fraser, age 86 of Rehoboth Beach, DE passed away on Saturday, July 14, 2018. She was born Thursday, December 31, 1931 in Rehoboth Beach, DE, daughter of the late Victor Asher Rust, Sr. and Anna (Holland) Rust.
Mrs. Fraser retired from Mellon Bank in 1987 after 26 years of banking. She served as an Elder of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Rehoboth Beach and was the Clerk of Session for 17 years.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Fraser was preceded in death by her husband Noble Fraser in 1996. She is survived by her children: Vivian Ann Fisher and William Noble Fraser, both of Rehoboth Beach, DE; five grandchildren: Thaddeus L. Fisher of Lewes, DE, Jeremy N. Fisher and his wife Amanda of Rehoboth Beach, DE, William N. Fraser, II of Conshohocken, PA, Nolan E. Fraser of Dewey Beach, DE, and Prescott A. Fraser of Costa Mesa, CA.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, July 20, 2018, at 2:00 PM at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, DE, where friends may call beginning at 1:00 PM.
Burial will follow the services at the Rehoboth Presbyterian Church of Midway Cemetery in Rehoboth Beach, DE.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Fraser's name to the Rehoboth Beach Museum, 511 Rehoboth Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971 or to the Childrens Beach House, 1800 Bay Avenue, Lewes, DE 19958 or to your charity of choice.
