It was so very sad to hear of Pam's/"Bookie's" passing. She was a wonderful and special WHS teammate, friend and leader. I am so very sorry for your loss Cindy and family. You remain in my thoughts. I pray the many special memories of Pam sustain you and yours at this time. 🙏
Cindy, I am so saddened to read an obituary of my youngest cousin. Pam had reached out to me on Facebook several years ago. I only remember us as children. Sorry she suffered
I was so sorry to learn of Bookie’s passing. We were high school teammates - she was such a great athlete. How I remember Bookie is as a class act who never complained and was the ultimate team player. We were all richer for having had her in our lives.
My condolences to the Bookman family. I will always remember Pam as a very kind and considerate person. We were friends at Levitt Jr. HS and at Willingboro HS. R.I.P. my friend!
My prayers and thoughts are with the Bookman family. I met Bookie freshmen year in college, both being H&PEmajors as well as field hockey teammates. Our senior year was a memorable one winning the 81' NCAA Field Hockey championship. Bookie was a great friend and teammate. She tried to teach me how to drive a stick shift in the Trenton state college parking lot, needless to say it didnt go well for me but was awful fun trying to learn. Bookie had the patience. Pam will be missed. Rest in peace.
Pam , you were my best friend living in Shamong , you helped me through my hard divorce and ate dinner with me as well as walk our dogs together every day . I will miss you my friend ! Save a spot in heaven for me to visit you when my time is up in this world ! I love you
Pam…what a wonderful, genuine person! Our family came to love Pam very quickly once we met her on our many trips to DE to visit Aunt Connie and Uncle David. We feel so grateful and blessed that we are the family who gets to love Mac and take care of him! On our last few trips to DE, Pam joined us for dinner and we loved spending time with her! She will be very missed but know we will love and take great care of Mac!
I “met” Pam through Dave Gambel when we were signing our contract for our home on June 19, 2020. He told us they had just celebrated a milestone birthday for his good friend & neighbor on June 18. That is also my birthday, so I felt an instant connection, although I hadn’t met Pam in person. I finally got to meet Pam while walking my girl Evie. We shared our love of pets & our love of golf. I have wonderful memories of our dog walks and our rounds of golf. I will miss you, my friend, my birthday buddy 💕💕💕
