I worked with Owen for a few years in an industry know for ruthless people with sharp elbows and short tempers. That was not him. Owen was humble, ethical, and very smart. He was a guy who would go out of his way to help his colleagues and friends succeed. He was one of the good guys. RIP.

I always think of Owen as one of the kindest and most humble men I have ever known. He was interested in what was happening to others and never insisted that the spotlight be on him during conversations. His ability to engage about multiple issues and speak intelligently about them was unusual. And above all, it was clear that he loved and adored Alicia and would do anything to make sure she was comfortable. He will be missed terribly by everyone who knew him, including Lindley and me.
