Norman L. Reynolds' Obituary

Norman Lee Reynolds, 90, of Bridgeville, died at home early Monday morning. He was retired from the Woodbridge School District, where he taught high school English.
Mr. Reynolds was the son of the late F. Lee and Harriet (Batten) Reynolds. He graduated from Conrad High School, Wilmington, in 1944 and from the University of Delaware in 1948. He had a master’s degree in English from Duke University, Durham, N.C.
Mr. Reynolds is survived by his wife, Lou Brock Reynolds, whom he married in 1955, and their three children, Lynn Reynolds Parks (Timothy), Seaford, Ellen Santha Mulshnock (Francis), Wilmington, and Matthew Brock Reynolds (Martha), San Antonio, Texas. He is also survived by five grandchildren, Cristin Barron, San Antonio, James Parks, Berkeley, Calif., Laura Parks, Dover, Patrick Mulshnock, Washington, D.C., and Stephen Mulshnock, Wilmington, and four great grandchildren, Brenden Louis Bartsch, Ayden Elise Bartsch, Brock Henry Parks and Theodore Carl Lesniewski.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Reynolds was predeceased by three brothers, Howard Francis, William Batten and Eugene Mercer, and a sister, Elizabeth Cleaver Reynolds.
A graveside service will be Monday, June 27, at 11 a.m., in Bridgeville Cemetery. The Rev. Al Taylor, Bridgeville, will officiate.
